OspreyWatch Shop — Purchase Options and Cancellations

One-time purchases

Our current equipment offers are one-time purchases. Buying hardware does not automatically enroll you in recurring product deliveries, a membership, monitoring or another subscription.

To request cancellation of an unshipped order, email shop@ospreywatch.com promptly with your order number.

If we can stop fulfillment, we will cancel and refund the order. If shipment cannot be stopped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Subscriptions and recurring deliveries

We are not currently offering subscriptions or recurring product-delivery plans through this store.

If these options are introduced, the applicable price, billing frequency, duration, renewal terms and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring charges will require your express agreement. This policy will be updated before those plans are offered.

Preorders and deferred purchases

Any future preorder or deferred-purchase offer will identify its payment timing, anticipated shipment timing and cancellation conditions before purchase.

If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund of the unshipped merchandise and associated charges.

Installment payments

If a third-party installment-payment option is offered at checkout, it is governed by that provider’s terms. Installment payments for a one-time purchase do not, by themselves, create a recurring merchandise subscription.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment arrangement. Contact the financing provider about payment obligations while a refund is being processed.

Separate services

Canceling or returning hardware does not automatically cancel an independently purchased installation, monitoring, insurance or other service agreement. Contact the provider identified in that agreement.
