OspreyWatch Shop — Terms of Service

OspreyWatch Shop is operated by OWS Inc, referred to below as “we,” “us” or “our.” These terms apply to purchases from shop.ospreywatch.com and use of the store.

Purchases and customer information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have authorization from someone who is. If purchasing for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to make the purchase.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Contact us promptly if any order information needs correction.

Prices, availability and orders

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before payment.

Product availability may change. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected portion of your order.

We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment or other legitimate fulfillment restrictions. Payments collected for canceled, unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Product compatibility and installation

Equipment may require compatible panels, hubs, firmware, network connections, subscriptions or professional installation. Review the product description and manufacturer’s instructions before purchase and installation.

Unless expressly included in the product offer, the purchase price covers the listed hardware only. Installation, permits, programming, monitoring, connectivity and recurring services are separate.

Provide accurate information when requesting compatibility assistance. Recommendations based on incomplete or incorrect equipment information may not be suitable for your setup.

Installation must follow manufacturer instructions and applicable requirements. Use qualified professionals where the equipment or work requires them.

Protection and insurance information

Products can support risk detection, response or mitigation, but no device or configuration guarantees prevention of injury, damage, theft or other loss.

Educational information and product recommendations do not constitute an insurance policy, binder, coverage determination or guarantee of an insurance discount.

Insurance eligibility, credits and premium changes depend on the insurer, policy, location, installation, monitoring and required documentation. Only the applicable insurer or its authorized representative can confirm approval.

Purchasing hardware does not enroll you in professional monitoring or emergency dispatch unless a separate offer expressly includes that service and its activation requirements are completed.

Shipping, returns and warranties

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

Manufacturer warranties vary by product. Any express commitments we make and rights provided by applicable law remain in effect.

We do not provide an additional installation, monitoring or service warranty unless expressly included in the offer.

Third-party services and financing

Installers, monitoring providers, lenders and other third parties may provide services under separate agreements. A referral does not itself create an agreement for those services.

Any installment financing is subject to the financing provider’s eligibility requirements and terms. Returning hardware does not automatically cancel an unrelated service agreement.

Charitable contributions

For eligible merchandise purchases, OspreyWatch Shop funds a contribution of $1 for each complete $100 of merchandise value after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. For example, qualifying merchandise totaling $100–$199.99 generates a $1 contribution.

Purchases below $100 do not generate a separate order-based contribution; our general charitable giving is funded independently. Cancellations and returns adjust the qualifying merchandise value.

This contribution is paid by our business and is not an additional customer charge or a customer charitable donation. It does not reduce an otherwise eligible refund.

Any named beneficiary and campaign-specific details will be identified separately. Naming or supporting an organization does not imply its endorsement of or affiliation with our business.

Website content and acceptable use

OspreyWatch branding and original website content belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer names, images and trademarks remain the property of their owners. You may use the store for lawful shopping and informational purposes.

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information or attempt unauthorized access.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store or make a purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
